This includes all technical frameworks, implementation plans, documentation, and reports developed by us during the provision of services, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Service Provision & Payment
Our technology services are provided based on a pre-agreed scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Payments for retainer services are typically due at the beginning of each service period (e.g., monthly). Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.
Accounts & Client Responsibilities
Where use of any part of our Services requires access to your systems (e.g., cloud environments, business applications, endpoint consoles, or network tools), you agree to provide us with timely and accurate access. You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and internal account governance.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, particularly in cases of non-payment or breach of this Agreement. If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Planet Technology LLC account, you may simply discontinue using our Services, subject to any cancellation terms outlined in your specific service contract.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS." and "AS AVAILABLE". Planet Technology LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind. Neither Planet Technology LLC, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as outcomes are subject to factors beyond our direct control.
Changes
Planet Technology LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after the new terms become effective will be subject to the new terms.
